Job Description Summary Responsible for developing, implementing, and leading the supplier strategy for products within the Molecular Imaging and Computed Tomography (MICT) business unit. This role involves driving and cultivating strategic relationships through strong technical and market expertise. Key responsibilities include setting, refining, and executing the long-term sourcing strategy and operating plan throughout the product life cycle. Manages a team of sourcing professionals.
This position collaborates closely with Commodity Sourcing, Supplier Quality, Finance, Manufacturing Operations, and Engineering to deliver products to our customers with a focus on total cost mindset. Additionally, this role ensures that we maximize the value derived from our supplier partnerships. .
Job Description Essential Responsibilities -
Driving the sourcing strategy to deliver a competitive advantage, including the implementation of strategic supplier initiatives. This encompasses supplier selection, development, and consolidation to ensure sourcing optimization and overall supplier performance.

Leading specific sourcing activities with full accountability for procurement and achieving material deflation targets by setting strategic direction and execution for program and commodity sourcing professionals.

Serving as the key point for all supply chain issues, including the management of New Program Introduction (NPI) deliverables necessary to establish an optimal supply chain focused on strategic suppliers, with the objective of achieving robust NPIs.

Responsible for risk management within the supplier base, ensuring compliance with all quality standards.

Developing strategies and driving negotiations to meet the businesss quality, fulfillment, and productivity requirements.

Leading a team of sourcing professionals to meet the business units sourcing deliverables.

Contributing to the improvement of procedures, methodologies, and tools already in place within the department.

Advocating for LEAN principles and practices, including Problem Solving Reports (PSR).
Required Qualifications -
Master s degree in supply chain, engineering or business administration with proven experience in commercial (sourcing, sales), supply chain.

Over 10 years of extensive experience in Sourcing and Procurement within the medical devices industry or a closely related sector.
