About Job To excel in this role, we seek a motivated professional with a strong background in Supply/Business Operations and a strategic mindset driving business growth, particularly in the US and European regions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead overall operations and strategic initiatives for the Supply Function. - Collaborate with CXOs to develop supply strategies tailored to business use cases. - Enhance the reach and quality of the supply. - Conduct negotiations for contracts, commercials, and agreements while fostering strong relationships. - Implement automation within the function. - Manage underpacing campaigns effectively. - Establish Supply Partner & Customer Experience. About you You possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills and showcase creativity, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities. With robust analytical skills, you can derive actionable insights from data. Ideally, you have 2-4 years of experience in a partner-facing or customer-facing role, demonstrating your ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment. Your expertise includes understanding technical concepts and solutions, customer and partner use cases, and driving strategies for positive outcomes. Experience in leading SaaS, Ad Tech, Consultancy, E-commerce, Recruitment Advertisement/HR tech (Supply Side), or managing business functions in tech-related fields like SaaS is advantageous.
