Senior Manager - Sponsorship (Live Events)

As a Sponsorship Sales Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue by securing sponsorship deals for our events and media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, prospect, and close sponsorship opportunities that align with our events and provide value to our sponsors. You will be expected to prospect and research potential sponsors, including corporations, brands, and organizations that align with the target audience and objectives of our events. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective sponsor companies will be essential to your success in this role. Creating compelling sponsorship packages and proposals tailored to the needs and objectives of potential sponsors will be a key aspect of your job. You will present sponsorship opportunities to prospects through meetings, presentations, and other communication channels, and negotiate sponsorship agreements that are mutually beneficial and aligned with the interests of both parties. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and fulfillment of sponsorship agreements will also be part of your responsibilities. This includes delivering on promised benefits and activations to sponsors. Additionally, tracking and reporting on sales metrics, staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and representing the company at industry events will be important aspects of your role. To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience in sponsorship sales in the events or entertainment industry. Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team are crucial. You should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and willing to travel as needed to fulfill your responsibilities effectively.,
