About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Create, plan, and execute social-first campaigns across categories like music, movies, sports, stand-up, and more 2. Ideate quirky, viral, scroll-stopping content ideas including clever copy, meme formats, and reel scripts 3. Write, shoot, edit, and publish content across Tribevibe's platforms 4. Stay on top of Instagram trends, audio tracks, and content formats to plug Tribevibe into real-time pop culture conversations 5. Manage the community by engaging in comments, replies, and DMs, and interact on relevant pages where the target group lives 6. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, content, partnerships) and external vendors (photographers, editors, creators) for smooth execution 7. Share weekly performance reports with insights, learnings, and ideas for content optimization 8. Cover events in real-time, including travel and working weekends for concerts, comedy gigs, film premieres, or festivals Requirements: 1. Have 1-3 years of experience managing social media for a youth or pop culture brand 2. Possess strong creative sensibility with the ability to write great captions, generate fun ideas, and understand viral content dynamics 3. Know the Instagram ecosystem including reels, trends, meme formats, and content creators, with basic video editing, reel-making, and design skills 4. Demonstrate experience in community engagement and an understanding of digital brand tonality 5. Be highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask across multiple campaigns 6. Remain cool under pressure and enjoy the excitement of live events 7.
