Job Title: Senior Manager- Site Operations
Job Location: Surat - Gujarat
1)Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
2)Manage and train staff, set goals, and monitor performance.
3)Develop and maintain systems for inventory, logistics, shipping, and equipment use.
4)Ensure safety, compliance, and a clean working environment.
5)Plan workflow, allocate resources, and improve productivity while minimizing costs.
6)Coordinate transportation and deliveries to ensure on-time service.
1)Experience in Warehouse Management/ Operations/ Sort centre and automation process
2)Experience in E-commerce/Logistics preferable
3)7+ Years of Experience
4)MBA from IIMs/ Tier 1 B-Schools preferably
