We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager - Servicing Operations to join our growing teaM The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in loan documentation, security creation, charge filing, and regulatory compliance, especially in the context of loans and debentures.
This role requires close coordination with lenders, legal teams, and regulatory authorities. Review and execution of loan and debenture documentation in line with regulatory and trustee requirements.
Coordinate and monitor the process of security creation and perfection of charges.
Ensure timely charge filing and registration with relevant authorities (e g, ROC).
Maintain accurate records and trackers for security and documentation compliance.
Liaise with banks, NBFCs, corporates, law firms, and rating agencies for documentation and due diligence.
Perform thorough due diligence on transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory norms.
Support the servicing and operations team with post-issuance monitoring and compliance activities.
Prepare and maintain reports related to compliance and documentation status.
Assist in audit, internal control checks, and regulatory reporting.
