Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Renewal Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in key responsibility areas, with a strong background in Commerce, Business, Accounting, or Finance.

Roles and Responsibility

Assess renewals opportunities 9-6 months prior to expiry day.
Prepare pricing and quotes for renewals.
Check on end-of-life and end-of-support.
Provide continuous support to the renewals sales team.
Assist with contract/SOW preparation.
Maintain sales force opportunity hygiene.
Receive executed renewal order documentation and submit it to the Teradata Order Management Group.
Ensure initial invoice accuracy for customer delivery and provide on-demand support for invoice questions.
Create reports to aid data quality and monitoring.
Coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Accounting, or Finance.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to work across levels/organizations and build trust-based relationships with senior non-financial managers.
Results and success-oriented, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience using reporting and business intelligence tools such as Business Objects and Power BI.
Proficient in Salesforce, Install Base Workbench, Service-Hub, AOM, Invoice Engine, WOT, Oracle ERP, Order Management, Contracts for Service.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
