Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team as a Manager Supplier Selection in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supplier management, marketplace operations, or partner program management.

Roles and Responsibility

Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers, importers, and aggregators across diverse product categories.
Establish partnerships with suppliers who have deep category expertise.
Negotiate commercial terms and ensure smooth onboarding into internal systems.
Develop and institutionalize a structured Supplier Partner Program to engage, benchmark, and evaluate suppliers.
Collaborate closely with category managers to curate the right assortment in collaboration with suppliers.
Ensure operational excellence in supplier onboarding, replenishment, and product lifecycle management.

Job Requirements

3-6 years of experience in supplier management, marketplace operations, or partner program management.
Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, vendor ecosystems, and supply-side processes.
Proficiency in Excel and ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
Demonstrated experience in creating and managing supplier or partner programs from scratch.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Entrepreneurial and execution-focused mindset, with the ability to thrive in an evolving environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving orientation.
Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
High ownership, bias for action, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
