Manager - Strategy & Operations

Role Summary:**We are looking for a dynamic and mission-driven professional to join our Business Team as a **Business Strategy Lead*for our **Provider Products*vertical. This role is core to Practostrategy of building scalable, patient-centric programs that directly improve clinical outcomes while accelerating digital revenue for our medical partners (hospitals, clinics, and individual practitioners).The ideal candidate will bring a sharp strategic mindset, strong executional bias, and deep empathy for both patients and healthcare providers. Youll lead the business P\\L across a suite of products (e.g., Practo Assured, Digitally Managed Clinics, Visibility CRM solutions) and co-own product roadmap, marketing, and operational excellence in partnership with cross-functional teams.
**Key Responsibilities:* Own the **business P\\L*for multiple provider-focused products; drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and retentionDesign and operationalize **outcome-oriented programs*that align patient health benefits with provider commercial successConduct **market research and competitor analysis*to inform program strategy, pricing, and positioningCollaborate closely with product, sales, growth, and clinical quality teams to deliver a compelling value proposition to providersDefine key **performance metrics (KPIs)*and build dashboards for ongoing program effectiveness and ROICreate business cases and GTM plans for **new revenue lines**, pilots, or strategic partnershipsDrive **hospital onboarding**, clinical quality audits, and provider success workflows where neededLead quarterly and annual business reviews with internal and external stakeholders **Requirements:**

• 4-8 years of experience in strategy, business consulting, healthcare P\\L roles, or digital health/healthtech venturesMBA from a Tier-1 institute or equivalent exposure in high-growth environmentsDemonstrated track record in **strategy formulation and execution**, preferably in healthcare or B2B SaaSAnalytical mindset with comfort in **financial modeling, cohort analysis, and A/B experimentation**Excellent stakeholder management and **cross-functional collaboration skills**Passion for using technology to drive **health outcomes and systems transformation*
