Senior Manager – SEO

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative SEO strategies that leverage both traditional search optimization and GenAI-powered content and automation tools.You will collaborate closely with content, product, data science, and marketing teams to redefine how we scale search visibility and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SEO strategy across all digital properties to increase organic traffic, improve rankings, and drive business KPIs.Develop and implement scalable SEO frameworks using

Generative AI tools

(e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude) to accelerate content creation, keyword clustering, and meta optimization.Own technical SEO audits and roadmap – including site architecture, crawl optimization, and core web vitals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed SEO best practices into content, UX, and product development cycles.Monitor performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights using tools like GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker.Guide and mentor a team of SEO analysts, copywriters, and external vendors/agencies.Explore and integrate automation solutions for content generation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.Stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates and evolving AI applications in digital marketing.

Required Qualifications

7–10 years of hands-on SEO experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or strategic role.Proven experience using

GenAI tools for SEO

, content generation, keyword planning, or workflow automation.Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, including structured data, canonicalization, internal linking, and site performance optimization.Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present SEO strategy and impact to executive leadership.Experience working with large-scale websites (e.g., e-commerce, marketplaces, content-heavy platforms).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in an AI-first or tech-driven environment.Familiarity with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or basic understanding of NLP models.Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for SEO automation is a plus.Previous experience scaling international or multilingual SEO strategies.
