Senior Manager – SAP Sales

Location - Noida, UP, India

business development and revenue across Pan India

This position requires onsite work from Delta Noida office.

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within enterprise and mid-market accounts.
• Own the

  end-to-end sales cycle

  : prospecting, lead qualification, solution positioning, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Own and exceed quarterly, annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
• Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
• Act as a trusted advisor, aligning SAP solutions to client business needs and industry challenges.
• Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers.
• Partner with SAP and other technology alliances to expand reach and drive joint sales opportunities.
• Contribute to regional sales forecasts, pipeline development, and revenue planning.
• Create and maintain a healthy pipeline of suspects, prospects, revenue bookings.

Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with recent 5+ years in SAP License sales in Pan India.
• Good knowledge of SAP product licensing, SAP Ecosystem and services (S/4HANA, Cloud, BTP, Analytics, Supply Chain, FICO, MM, PP etc.).
• Experience selling in two or more industry domains of Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Utilities, Public Sector undertakings etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills with a personable and endearing attitude.
