Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing to lead our business development efforts across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). This role is pivotal in expanding our global footprint and driving revenue growth in international markets for our industrial process equipment solutions. Location Chennai Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets in the EMEA region. Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, EPC contractors, OEMs, consultants, and distributors. Explore new markets and applications for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and other process equipment. Participate in technical and commercial negotiations to close high-value contracts. Drive order booking, revenue generation, and profitability for the region. Plan and implement region-specific marketing campaigns, trade shows, webinars, and digital initiatives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. Address client requirements promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the engineering and project execution teams to ensure timely delivery and quality. Work closely with internal teams including Engineering, Procurement, Projects, and Finance. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports and forecasts. Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making. Requirements Bachelor's degree in mechanical/production engineering; MBA in Marketing or International Business preferred.

10-15 years of relevant experience in international sales and marketing, preferably in industrial/process equipment or manufacturing sector. Proven track record in handling Europe, Middle East, and Africa markets. Strong negotiation and communication skills with cultural sensitivity to operate across diverse markets. Ability to travel internationally as required.
