Job Title: Senior Manager - Sales and Marketing

Job Location: Chennai, Mumbai, and Delhi

Roles and Responsibilities:

• In charge of requesting firm and budgetary RFQs from clients and having the capacity to deliver quotes on schedule
• In charge of regularly meeting the yearly and quarterly goals within the designated region, they should be able to look for ever-needed new prospects in the event that the targeted projects have finalization errors.
• In charge of creating thorough technical commercial quotations that include product selection, pricing, and costing while actively coordinating with other department members to ensure prompt quote submission with the fewest possible errors.
• In charge of regularly making meaningful client visits (both in India and beyond) by demonstrating a keen interest in both the organization and the consumers.
• It is necessary to occasionally take on reasonable extra obligations as needed.
• Strong background in mechanical engineering, field sales experience, persuasiveness, teamwork, and management abilities. It is best to use Thomas Profiling with DISC profiling.
