Job Description

Your Role

Act as a bridge between clients business challenges and AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable value.
Define and evolve Talenticas AI/ML service offerings, use cases, and value propositions.
Drive revenue growth globally for the Data Science Services that Talentica offers.
Sign up new "buyers" within the customer portfolio using relationships with the existing stakeholders.
Represent Talentica in industry forums, author whitepapers/blogs, and build credibility in the AI space.

Desired Skills and Experience Must Have -

B.Tech/ BE mandatory, MBA preferred
5-12 Years field Sales experience in the IT industry.
Currently working (1-2 years) with a company specializing in AI and data Engineering.
Ability to translate business problems into AI/ML use cases and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience in opening new markets, territories, and accounts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Willing to travel (domestic and international).

Nice to have

Valid B1 Visa
International Field Sales Experience
Network of potential clients or partners in the AI/ML space.
MBA from a Leading Business School
