Senior Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Fund Flow Management & Fund Allocation - Prepare and manage group-level fund flow for fundraising under the direction of CFO/AVP. Further Prepare Unit wise-budget and cordinate deficit planning with AVP and Sahayog Central Teram.
2. Investor Relations-Manage investor relations and fundraising initiatives.
3. Banking & Financial Compliance-Coordinate with banks for compliance, loan disbursement, LIE reporting, renewals, and funding for new projects.
4. Tax Audit & Compliance-Ensure statutory compliance, group-wide tax audits, and GST audits.
5. Due Diligence - Work with external agencies for due diligence of new hospitals and report findings to management.
6. Doctors Variable Payments - Ensure accurate calculation of doctors' variable payments as per agreements.
7. Salary Processing, Check salary sheets monthly to ensure zero statutory errors.
8. Financial Planning & Budgeting - Develop and manage hospital budgets, allocate funds, and maintain financial discipline.
9. Cost Control
10. Management Reporting- Timely and accurate reporting of critical financial points to management.
11. Tax & New Initiatives - Analyze tax implications and evaluate financial viability of new initiatives.
12. ROC, Tax Compliance & Audit - Ensure adherence to financial regulations and audit requirements.
13. Team & Department Relations- Maintain team morale and resolve inter-departmental financial issues.
14. MIS Reporting - Submit accurate and timely financial reports.
