Role & responsibilities Ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems and related procedures are functioning properly. Receives complaints from the complaints division of IT and attends to it as early as possible. Identifies and rectifies the problem and also train the user on avoiding the problems in future. Planning for more efficient systems, Upgradation of software for better performance of database. Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements. Install and configure all the systems in the Hospital systems Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures. Contribute to and maintain system standards. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups etc. Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions. Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media. Investigate and troubleshoot issues. Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Maintain operational, configuration or other procedures. Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning. Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required. Maintain and monitoring equipment. Carries out other related tasks. Role & responsibilities Fund Flow Management & Fund Allocation - Prepare and manage group-level fund flow for fundraising under the direction of CFO/AVP. Further Prepare Unit wise-budget and cordinate deficit planning with AVP and Sahayog Central Teram. Investor Relations-Manage investor relations and fundraising initiatives. Banking & Financial Compliance-Coordinate with banks for compliance, loan disbursement, LIE reporting, renewals, and funding for new projects. Tax Audit & Compliance-Ensure statutory compliance, group-wide tax audits, and GST audits. Due Diligence - Work with external agencies for due diligence of new hospitals and report findings to management. Doctors Variable Payments - Ensure accurate calculation of doctors' variable payments as per agreements. Salary Processing, Check salary sheets monthly to ensure zero statutory errors. Financial Planning & Budgeting - Develop and manage hospital budgets, allocate funds, and maintain financial discipline. Cost Control Management Reporting- Timely and accurate reporting of critical financial points to management. Tax & New Initiatives - Analyze tax implications and evaluate financial viability of new initiatives. ROC, Tax Compliance & Audit - Ensure adherence to financial regulations and audit requirements. Team & Department Relations- Maintain team morale and resolve inter-departmental financial issues. MIS Reporting - Submit accurate and timely financial reports.
