Swiggy Instamart, is building the convenience grocery segment in India. We offer more than 30000 + assortments / products to our customers within 10-15 mins. We are striving to augment our consumer promise of enabling unparalleled convenience by making grocery delivery instant and delightful. Job Responsibility: Working with the Chief of Staff team for the CBO (Chief Business Officer) Own performance and planning for the categories of Instamart, closely tracking metric performance and independently driving ad-hoc RCAs. Program management of product, merch and category initiatives backwards projects in-line with business goals. Work across cross functional teams and set up processes, structures and actively problem solve with them on business issues Ability to scope ambiguous problems, structure them and see them through execution. Connecting with end users and understanding their pain points to drive consumer backwards initiatives on the platform. Work with functional teams in identifying new initiatives and focus areas keeping in mind the organizational goals. Desired Candidate: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related technical degree 4-6 years experience preferably in a growth, consulting, analytics or environment. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Powerpoint is mandatory Proficiency in SQL is mandatory. Immense sense of ownership and execution excellence. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a rigorous fast-paced environment with multiple senior stakeholders.
