Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for managing Retail business in F&B space in local markets Bangalore and Hyderabad, from start to finish. This includes sourcing or clients as well as closing the deal, managing and assisting with the overall coordination, collaboration, and development of market-leading marketing and business development content and sales support collateral

About the Role:

Knowledge of F&B leasing; across various assets: Malls, High-Streets, Mixed-Use
Should possess a large network of key stakeholders within F&B industry promoters / entrepreneurs; large business houses which own multiple brands under their portfolio
Experience of working directly with such key stakeholders and their Business Development teams
Must have direct contacts with such owners and not just through the teams below
Must have an in-depth knowledge of various retail formats & F&B brands; and their business models / profitability, in order to determine which brands can be placed in which development
Demonstrated experience of assisting F&B brands in growing geographically across West India / Bangalore / Hyderabad Responsible for identifying quality Real Estate Supply in the market and managing Landlord relationships, in coordination with the Supply team
Responsible for maintaining key relationships retail brand owners; Mall Owners, Mall Leasing Teams, High-street Landlords.

About You:

The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a proven track record in business development, and a strong commitment to achieving targets
Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas effectively
Ability to build rapport and establish relationships at all levels
Willingness to travel as needed to attend meetings, conferences, and client visits
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving business landscape
Graduate or a Post Graduate
Work Experience : 5 - 7 years + (services industry)
Must have worked in an external client-facing role
Should be open to travel Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
