Responsibilities:

Identify market opportunities and define product roadmaps for power products (MOSFET, DCDC, BMS, PMIC, etc.).
Provide deep technical support and training to customers and internal teams.
Translate market requirements into detailed product specifications.
Lead and mentor a team of product definers and engineers.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and design teams to ensure market success.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in power management
, including product definition.
Expertise in power products (MOSFET, DCDC, BMS, PMIC) and system knowledge.
Experience using FEA tools for various thermal, electrical and magnetic investigations.
Proficiency with simulation tools (SIMPLIS), C/Python programming, and
PCB CAD tools
.
Understanding of
AECQ / IATF /ISO26262 (FuSa)
