Job Description Senior Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing of Power converter hardware, circuit design, hardware architecture and hardware development of products in industrial, healthcare, Aerospace and defence domains. Required Skills: Manage Power converter design and development projects hardware like AC to DC, PFC, DC to DC, DC to AC from few watts to around 50KW range Ability to drive technically and has rich experience in all stages of project development lifecycle Experience in different Topologies for Power conversion Hands-on experience in Power converter designs like Topology selection, schematics preparation, component selection, PCB design guidance etc. Experience in Low or High Power Board bring up & Functional testing. knowledge on Magnetics design and construction methodstool (Xpedition, Allegro, Orcad, PADS etc.) knowledge on Magnetics design and construction methods Hands on experience in pre-compliance and compliance testing Experience in preparation of design documentation such as Loss calculations, test plan and detailed design specification, derating, FMEA, Reliability, MTBF Exposure to hardware tools ( Energy / Power Analysers , Oscilloscopes, Electronic loads, Function generator) Ability to work in a diverse, cross-functional team Knowledge of Design for excellence viz. DFT, DFM, DFA Excellent written and oral communication skill Qualification: Graduation/Post graduation in Electrical & Electronics / Power Electronics or equivalent

Job Description: Execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the performance, functionality, and durability of hardware products. Conduct thorough testing and validation of hardware products to ensure compliance with specifications, requirements and quality standards. Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of hardware defects and implement preventive measures for malfunctions to minimise future occurrences. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in hardware testing methodologies and apply them to improve the overall quality of our products. Strong knowledge of Analog and digital hardware design principles, testing tools, equipment and techniques Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and precision. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with a wide range of hardware components like MOSFET, BJTs, Opamps, Regulators, Microcontrollers, serializers, deserializers etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work well in a team environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Tools to be familiar with Mathcad for calculations, LT Spice for Simulations, Altium for schematics, PSPICE for Simulation, VISIO for block diagram, knowledge of using Oscilloscope and other lab equipments. Experience in using the laboratory measurement equipments ( DSO, Multimeter, Load boxes, Signal generators, electronic loads etc)
