About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Manager - Quantitative (STATA) for PAN India Location . This role will include a multiple site visits, collecting the primary on ground data. Candidate needs to have hands on experience in various onground activities

Responsibilities

A. Data checks and analysis

● Management and monitoring of datasets on a regular basis.

● Developing, coding and deploying survey tools using CAPI programs like Survey CTO.

● Training field team on the usage of CAPI on tablets.

● Coordination with the field team to ensure quality data checks.

● Oversee daily data collection activities and ensure adherence to data quality protocols

● Data cleaning using statistical software - STATA (mandatory)

● Quantitative analysis and visualization

● Assist in writing reports.

B. Field

● Travel to the field for training and monitoring fieldwork

● Planning and budgeting for field surveys.

● Review of survey tools received from client and translation of the same.

● Assist the research team in developing training material for the field team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in the planning, social sciences field
• Good communication skills
• Experience in the field with various groups
• Attential to detail , multitasking
• Open to travel for different locations
