Responsibilities

• Knowledge of

  social research methodologies

• Field coordination with enumerators and partners
• Questionnaire design & tool piloting
• Statistical analysis & data interpretation using

  STATA

  (primary tool for social/development research)
• Survey data analysis, econometric modeling & data quality assurance and monitoring

• Impact evaluation methods

  (RCTs, quasi-experimental designs, DiD, PSM
• Understanding of

  public policy

  ,

  economics

  , and

  social development frameworks

• 6-8 years experience preferably in social research, policy, or impact evaluation
• Prior experience in research organizations, think tanks, or development consultancies
• Core knowledge in

  STATA

  software and

  data modelling

  is mandatory
