ensure messages are being delivered to the right audience at the right time in the right channel, in a consistent and engaging format Identify emerging topics in E&C function and develop proactive plans, including crafting communications as needed Conduct and support compliance risk assessments and communications in order to ensure compliance with applicable guidelines enacted by PwC AC Kolkata internal policies and procedures Coordinate, support and assist internal or external audit activities by providing necessary documentation and insights, ensuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements, Maintain an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of firms and network requirements, compliance and reporting responsibilities Identify opportunities for process enhancements and innovation, implementing best practices to improve program delivery and effectiveness Perform other related tasks as assigned, Position/Program Important Requirements Proven track record in designing and executing successful training programs Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc,) Experience in Ethics and Business Conduct domain and handling people related matters will be an added advantage Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance metrics Excellent leadership, collaborative and team management capabilities Exceptional communication and presentation skills Ability to think strategically and execute methodically Experience working in a cross-functional environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment with stakeholders across the globe Decision making aptitude based on given guidelines and in ambiguous contexts Prior experience and most importantly a very strong interest in training and communications An interest in and preferably some working knowledge of Gen AI tools/technologies Adhering to timelines and excellent project management capabilities Committed and self-motivated Basic Qualifications: A degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Law or related fields would be ideal and preferred Minimum Years of Experience: 6 10 year(s)
