About the team: The GTM team at Swiggy drives impact to key business goals by efficiently launching the Products at a super fast pace. Product GTM team within the Product team ensures that the end-user (customer, restaurant, delivery partner) makes full and efficient use of the products to deliver the impact to key business goals. The team enables product success through cross functional collaboration, speedy and effective route to market + adoption, and supporting product scaleups. Product GTM will also amplify user voice and build tight feedback loops to help the product team build the products right. What will you get to do here? Identify and drive top company priority pilots, launches, programs etc.- ranging from customer experience to process efficiencies Collaborate with the owning teams to develop GTM strategy, timelines, performance metrics, adoption goals, risk mitigation plans Ensure product readiness by working across different teams such as supply, operations, marketing, customer support, finance to create detailed activity gantts and own the end-to-end program execution Facilitate enablement assets and training materials for internal usage (decks, videos, Customer care SOPs) so that the user-facing teams are ready with the right information and processes to support the product Ensure a smooth and impactful launch to the right target audience, with right messaging and channels, for the right duration Enable informed decisions by reviewing progress against goals, identifying gaps and streamlining user feedback Build high quality playbooks, SOPs and identify best practices for an effective transition to a scaled up product Ensure the flow of learnings across initiatives by collaborating within GTM team Develop a good sense of market trends, competitive landscape and nitty gritties of the business What are we looking for ? 5-8 years of experience in business/ marketing/ consulting/ program/project management teams; experience with product rollouts is a plus You are a champion of head start and rigor, lead projects proactively from conceptualization to closure You bring method to madness, have an aptitude for systems and can manage multiple diverse projects You have a knack for clear, concise and actionable documentation You can hustle and get stuff done by finding your way through the various teams You have effective communication and analytical skills to influence your stakeholders with authority including leadership You think about the user, the team and yourself, in that order You understand data.
