Senior Manager - Product Engineering Certification (PEC)

As a Global Product Design Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to design, validate, and ensure the quality manufacturing of products in compliance with technical specifications. Your expertise will play a critical role in the success of smart city projects, ITS, and LED projects. You will be involved in developing mechanical drawings, interpreting engineering drawings, and leading technical meetings with customers. Key Responsibilities: - Own POCs, demos, trainings, PPAP, CFD, and processes for Quality Manufacturing - Develop mechanical drawings for products, including wiring harnesses and fitment aspects - Read and interpret engineering drawings - Lead technical meetings with customers and negotiate delivery contents and dates - Organize Cross-Discipline technical reviews - Ensure adherence to quality standards like TS 16949, ISO-9001, and ISO-9002 - Demonstrate a strong understanding of corporate culture and critical relationships within the organization - Utilize communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills with internal and external teams - Implement PPAP, Wiring Harness, APQP, and PFMEA processes - Exhibit team management and leadership skills - Provide mentoring, coaching, and out-of-the-box thinking - Demonstrate solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities - Utilize Microsoft Office effectively Qualification Required: - B.E. in Electronics with Diploma or Degree in Management - 10 to 12 years of experience, preferably in managing smart city projects, ITS, or LED projects If you require any additional details about the company, please refer to the provided contact email hrd@chemito.net.,
