What you’ll own

• End-to-end ownership of

  platform growth

  across:
• YouTube (all channels), Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Shorts ecosystem
• Platform-native publishing:
• Titles, captions, thumbnails, metadata, timing, and cadence
• Sustaining and growing

  ~35 Cr unique YouTube viewers/month

• Improving impressions, CTR, retention, and reach efficiency (organic only)
• Driving

  organic app discovery and lead flow from YouTube

• Community posts, pinned comments, descriptions, CTAs, and form-based capture
• Working closely with

  Creative, Data, Outreach, and Community teams

• Ensuring all growth efforts align with

  Acharya Prashant’s public image

• No clickbait, misrepresentation, or pressure tactics

Team & scale

• 14 YouTube channels (7 Hindi | 7 English; regional launches planned)
• ~60 Shorts/day across languages and channels
• One platform lead each for Instagram, YouTube Hindi, YouTube English, LinkedIn, and X
