Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager - Physical Design with 10-15 years of experience to lead our team in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida, Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical design and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and lead a team of physical design engineers to achieve project goals.
Develop and implement automation scripts for physical design methodologies.
Collaborate with front-end engineers to resolve timing and power issues.
Evaluate new tools and drive power reduction of designs.
Perform floorplanning and time budgeting for successful project execution.
Ensure timely completion of projects by managing resources effectively.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in handling block/chip level implementation from Netlist to GDS.
Experience in timing closure and physical verification closure.
Hands-on experience in handling blocks of sizes 1M instances and above at frequencies higher than 1GHz.
Knowledge of Subsystem Synthesis, Subsystem IR drop, Subsystem Lec, and Subsystem CLP.
Excellent scripting skills in TCL or Perl.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
UG - B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Electrical) OR (PG - M.Tech/M.E, Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication).
Proficiency in floorplanning and time budgeting is required.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be highly motivated and possess excellent team spirit.
