Senior Manager- People Partner

As a Senior Manager- People Partner at ABInBev India, based in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in driving the people agenda and key priorities for the Commercial & other functional leaders. Your objective is to deliver business results and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle of the west region markets. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Sales & Marketing leaders to drive the people agenda and deliver business results - Define recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities and actively participate in recruitment activities - Ensure internal talents receive development and career opportunities - Implement people cycles within the brewery scope and provide coaching to enhance people processes efficiency - Monitor the impact of changing national legislation on HR practices and processes, and develop action plans to address budget gaps - Handle grievances and disciplinary issues effectively - Lead key commercial people projects Qualifications Required: - MBA from a Tier-1 institute in Human Resources or related discipline - 4-7 years of relevant experience in people business partnering - Leadership and influencing skills - Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill insights and propose recommendations - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Detail-oriented, disciplined, and organized approach to tasks - Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplined team - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally periodically,
