Senior Manager - Oracle DBA

Role Overview: As a leader of the delivery team, your main responsibility will be to manage and guide the team in providing customers with the necessary support and assistance throughout the entire implementation process. This will ensure that customers can successfully and effectively utilize Oracle's products. Your specific duties may vary depending on assigned accounts, geography, products/solutions, or a combination of these factors. Your role will involve recruiting, retaining, developing, coaching, motivating, and overseeing multiple Account Management and/or Technical delivery resources. Your primary goal will be to help these resources achieve or exceed customer objectives. Your overall objective is to drive high levels of customer satisfaction with Oracle's products and implementation services, ultimately leading to long-term profitable revenue streams and customer referenceability. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a delivery team to provide guidance and support throughout the implementation process - Define responsibilities for team members based on named accounts, geography, products/solutions, or a combination of factors - Recruit, retain, develop, coach, motivate, and manage multiple Account Management and/or Technical delivery resources - Ensure that customer objectives are met or exceeded - Drive high levels of customer satisfaction with Oracle's products and implementation services - Maintain customer referenceability for continued revenue streams over the long term Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in leadership and management roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to recruit, develop, and motivate team members - Understanding of customer needs and ability to drive customer satisfaction - Knowledge of Oracle products and implementation processes is a plus Please note that the career level for this position is M3.,
