Job Description

  • Develop and implement end-to-end distribution strategies for Off-book Personal Loans, Credit Cards, and Digital Gold to drive business growth.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with banks, fintech platforms, agents, and other financial institutions to accelerate customer acquisition.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor landscape to identify expansion opportunities and refine distribution approaches.
  • Define channel-wise goals and KPIs aligned with revenue targets and organizational objectives.
  • Drive sales and distribution performance across digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business priorities.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team dedicated to meeting product and channel targets.
  • Create and execute training programs for agents and third-party partners to enhance selling capabilities.
  • Optimize and expand distribution networks to increase market penetration and reach.
  • Track and evaluate performance of channels, agents, and partners, presenting periodic reports to senior leadership.
  • Lead performance reviews and implement corrective measures to ensure target achievement.
  • Monitor key metrics including disbursement volumes, activation rates, digital gold transactions, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and ensure seamless product launches.
  • Drive product-awareness initiatives and ensure customers understand product features and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, risk management frameworks, and internal policies in all distribution activities.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to monitor third-party adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize loan defaults and optimize credit card and digital gold portfolio quality.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to support distribution strategy execution.
  • Incorporate innovative fintech solutions, including AI tools, digital journeys, and data analytics, to enhance distribution efficiency.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine customer segmentation and targeting for improved acquisition.

Experience Required:

  • 610 years of experience in distribution or sales roles within fintech or banking.
  • Strong exposure to personal loans, credit cards, and/or digital gold.
  • Experience managing large-scale distribution teams and external partner networks.
  • Familiarity with fintech ecosystems, digital lending, payments, and digital gold products.
