Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement strategies for mechanical systems in thermal power projects. Project Leadership: Oversee mechanical engineering tasks, ensuring timely execution and coordination with cross-functional teams. Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Lead efforts to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues, minimizing downtime and enhancing efficiency. Vendor & Contractor Management: Manage procurement, installation, and servicing of mechanical equipment. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of mechanical systems, approvals, and compliance reports. Team Leadership & Development: Mentor engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
