Role & responsibilities The Sr. General Manager Marketing & Tendering will be responsible for leading and managing all business leads, tendering, commercial, and contractual activities for EPC Transmission Line tenders from domestic and international market. The role involves managing the entire tendering processes, negotiating contracts, devising price risk mitigation strategies, by collaborating internally and externally and to drive the team to achieve the targeted annual and long-term business growth. Lead and manage the entire tendering and bidding process till signing of the contracts, for EPC for Transmission Line tenders. Devise strategies for competitive bidding, pricing models, and contract negotiations. Guide the team for preparation and submissions of bid offers. Strategies to mitigate prices, commercial and risks. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, SCM, Finance, Projects, Production, and QHSE). Maintain strong relationships with Customers and Vendors. Monitor and keep record of market trends. Preferred candidate profile B.E. Electrical / Mechanical / Civil MBA will be an advantage Minimum 18+ years of experience in marketing, tendering, contract negotiations for EPC Transmission Line tenders. Foreign language, MS Projects will be an advantage
