Role & responsibilities Support recruitment efforts by assisting in job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interview rounds. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, document verification, and introducing new employees to company policies and culture. Ensure that employees are aware of company policies, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and queries, fostering positive employee relations. Develop and implement employee engagement activities that enhance employee morale and improving workplace satisfaction. Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition initiatives to increase employee involvement and job satisfaction. Support the performance management process by assisting in goal setting, performance reviews, and tracking employee progress. Manage day-to-day office activities, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Plan and coordinate all travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Provide travel assistance during emergencies or unforeseen circumstances to ensure smooth travel experiences. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 3-7 years of experience in HR and office administration. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently, from HR tasks to administrative duties. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical skills to analyse travel data, expenses, and trends for decision-making. Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
