Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager – Legal located in Gurugram. The Senior Manager – Legal will be responsible for providing legal advice, ensuring compliance with regulations, drafting and reviewing contracts, and managing legal risks. The role includes liaising with external legal counsel, representing the organization in legal matters, and supporting various departments with legal expertise. The Senior Manager – Legal will also work closely with senior management to develop and implement legal strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of legal principles, contract law, and regulatory compliance
• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
• Expertise in managing legal risks and providing legal consultation
• Experience with liaising and coordinating with external legal counsel
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; Master’s degree (LLM) is a plus
• Experience in the fashion industry or a related field is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
