Senior Manager

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing operations and leading a team in Switzerland. Reporting directly to the Director and above, you will play a key role in driving the success of the organization in the designated region. Your primary focus will be on managing the day-to-day activities, setting strategic goals, and ensuring that the team meets performance targets. You will be required to provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members to help them achieve their full potential.
