Senior Manager IT Infra, Network & Security

Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager Accounts & Compliance

• Manage server hardware, operating systems, hypervisors, and Active Directory.
• Implement OS hardening and ensure secure, high-uptime server operations.

2. Network Management

• Manage lease lines, internet links, P2P connections, switches, Wi-Fi, CCTV, biometric devices, and printers.
• Monitor and maintain network performance and uptime.

3. Telecom Management

• Ensure smooth functioning of EPABX, SIP phones, and VoIP systems.

4. Data Security & Backup

• Perform daily data backups and archival.
• Maintain patch management, AD security, and network device configuration backups.

5. Antivirus Monitoring

• Monitor antivirus alerts and take timely corrective action.

6. Email System Management

• Oversee email operations, access controls, configurations, and security policies.

7. IT Asset Management

• Maintain complete inventory and documentation of servers, storage, laptops, desktops, switches, and licensed software across branches.

8. Trading Infra BOD/EOD Support

• Ensure infra availability for smooth execution of BOD/EOD processes in trading applications.

9. Infra Software Management

• Manage VMware, Nutanix, Veeam, SQL, ManageEngine, and maintain them as per industry standards.

10. Business Applications

• Provide support and maintenance for Saral, Greek, Symphony, BackOffice, and other business applications.

11. Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution, implementation, and documentation.

12. Compliance

• Maintain incident reports, user access lists, password policies, and other compliance documents.

13. Audits

• Support Cyber Security audits, VAPT, and ISO audits with required documentation and closure of findings.

14. Knowledge Enhancement

• Continuously upgrade knowledge based on organizational and industry requirements.

15. MIS Reporting

• Share daily MIS reports including work updates and team activities.
