Senior Manager - IT (Business Application (ERP + Finance)

As a professional with 10+ years of experience in Implementation & Managing ERP Applications & Financial Systems, you will be responsible for various tasks to ensure the smooth operation and enhancement of the company's ERP operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading a team to accomplish assigned objectives and measure productivity within defined SLAs. - Evaluating applications and capabilities within the ERP Operations portfolio to identify gaps and provide application strategies that enhance business performance, effectiveness, and maintainability. - Interacting directly with stakeholders to gather business processes, input & output processes, and creating various documentation such as workflow process diagrams, wireframes, mapping documents, functional specifications, ERDs, use cases, and logical data models. - Collaborating with functional leaders and team members to document and present business processes in the ERP system. - Managing queries from Business and Finance departments, determining gaps, and providing innovative solutions with best practice standards. - Coordinating application analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, and training for end users. - Building internal team capabilities to support production BAU processes and operations. - Acting as a liaison between technical and non-technical users, interacting with technical resources for problem resolution. - Ensuring that all development standards are considered in the functional and technical design/solution phase. - Performing any other duties assigned by management. Qualifications required for this role include: - Masters/Certified in SCM/WMS - Bachelor's degree - Added advantage to be Certified with PMP, Six Sigma - Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills - Professional communication skills with the ability to give clear instructions and be a good listener,
