Reporting to the Head - IT, this role oversees multiple engineering teams, drives the development and implementation of innovative technologies, and ensures alignment with organisational objectives. The Senior Engineering Manager is also responsible for fostering collaboration, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions Key accountabilities Technical Leadership Project Management Team Development and Leadership Operational Oversight Communication & Collaboration Security & Risk Management Required Experience Candidates with good experience with SDLC 12-15 years of experience in software development, with at least 5+ years in engineering management or a leadership role Expertise in full-stack architecture, cloud platforms (preferably AWS), and modern development frameworks Hands-on experience with .NET, MVC, .NET Core, Web API, SQL Server, and cloud services such as AWS SQS, SNS, and Lambda Mandatory 2+ years of people management experience required.
