Senior Manager - IPO Execution & Compliance

Responsibilities:

- Lead end‑to‑end coordination with SEBI, stock exchanges (NSE/BSE), Registrars, Merchant Bankers, Legal Advisors, and Company Secretaries for all IPO‑related activities of Classic Ornaments Pvt. Ltd.

- Oversee the preparation, review, and timely submission of the DRHP, RHP, and final offer documents.

- Manage internal data collation, financial audits, and legal due diligence in collaboration with finance, legal, secretarial, and business teams.

- Monitor IPO project timelines, track milestones, identify bottlenecks, and drive timely resolution to ensure smooth execution.

- Coordinate roadshows, investor interactions, and analyst meetings during pre‑IPO and post‑IPO phases to support market engagement.

- Work closely with compliance and regulatory teams to ensure full adherence to SEBI regulations, stock exchange requirements, and statutory norms.

- Maintain and update MIS dashboards capturing IPO progress, documentation status, stakeholder actions, and compliance checkpoints.

- Prepare high‑quality presentations, reports, and updates for Senior Management and the Board of Directors.

Qualifications & Experience

- CA / MBA (Finance) / CS or an equivalent professional qualification.

- 5–8 years of relevant experience, including 2–3 years in IPO execution, public listings, or capital markets.

- Proven experience working with merchant bankers, law firms, auditors, and financial advisors.

- Strong understanding of SEBI guidelines, stock exchange listing requirements, and the IPO documentation process.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
