Senior Manager Internal Control

As a Senior Manager in Internal Controls at our client ConsultMeIn, a GCC company, you will play a critical role in leading the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Internal Controls and Compliance in Ahmedabad. Your responsibilities will involve driving global control testing, SOX compliance, and process optimization across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of approximately 30 Internal Control professionals to support global control testing, ITGCs, and special projects such as M&A integration and ERP implementations. - Drive the execution of the SOX program and conduct annual risk assessments across global business processes. - Strengthen control design, conduct walkthroughs, and initiate control rationalization efforts. - Collaborate with business and process owners to align controls with system and business changes. - Manage performance, capability building, and career development of team members. - Engage with global stakeholders and auditors on control reviews and compliance updates. - Define and implement the long-term strategy for the Internal Controls CoE. - Oversee special projects, business process improvements, and internal control transformation. - Communicate effectively with senior leadership, auditors, and cross-functional teams globally. Qualifications Required: - CA / CPA / CIA / MBA with over 15 years of experience in finance, audit, or risk management. - At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles managing large, multi-functional teams. - Deep understanding of internal control frameworks such as COSO, SOX, PCAOB, and external auditor expectations. - Hands-on experience with SAP (S/4HANA, GRC) and enterprise control systems. - Previous experience in FMCG, consulting, or global shared services is preferred. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. - Willingness to collaborate across time zones and travel internationally as needed.
