Job Description

Role Summary

The Senior HR Manager will lead and execute end-to-end recruitment while overseeing key HR operations to ensure seamless people processes. The role requires strong stakeholder management, hiring strategy expertise, and operational excellence to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

A. Recruitment (60%)

  • Own and drive the

    end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

    for leadership, mid-level, and critical roles
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring needs
  • Develop and execute

    recruitment strategies

    aligned with business goals
  • Manage and mentor internal recruiters and external recruitment partners
  • Optimize sourcing channels (job portals, referrals, social media, agencies)
  • Ensure a strong

    candidate experience

    and employer branding
  • Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire) and provide insights
  • Lead campus hiring, diversity hiring, and niche skill hiring initiatives
  • Negotiate offers and manage pre-joining engagement

B. HR Operations (40%)

  • Oversee

    HR operations

    including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
  • Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and HRIS systems
  • Drive performance management processes and annual appraisal cycles
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary processes
  • Maintain HR documentation, SOPs, and audit readiness
  • Support engagement initiatives, policy rollouts, and change management
  • Collaborate with leadership on organizational development initiatives

Educational Qualification

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent

Experience Requirements

  • 8 to 12 years of overall HR experience

  • Male candidates
  • Minimum 5+ years in

    hands-on recruitment leadership

  • Prior experience managing HR operations in a mid-to-large organization
  • Immediate joiners required
