Job Description

You will be responsible for strategically planning HR initiatives to benefit the company and enhance employee efficiency. Your duties will include overseeing all hiring and training procedures for new employees, managing benefits administration, and monitoring employee progress to maintain a positive and productive company culture. Additionally, you will coordinate work activities for managers and employees, foster cross-functional relationships, and conduct regular progress reviews with employees to address any issues or grievances. In this role, you will promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel empowered to voice their concerns. You will also be tasked with supervising other HR staff, ensuring proper task assignments, and compliance with labor laws. End-to-end HR operations management, including recruitment, training calendar preparation, and organizing trainings will also be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will create reports and presentations to provide decision support through HR metrics. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule is during day shift, and the work location is in person.,
