As a Senior Manager of Growth & Analytics at Cindrebay, you will play a crucial role in leading the strategy and planning for the Business Development stack. You will also be responsible for managing a small team consisting of a Sales Ops Manager and Data Analyst, ensuring their efficiency and involvement in system building, trend analysis, and strategic recommendations. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain dashboards and tracking systems to monitor business performance effectively. - Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to align lead generation and conversions. - Analyze data to derive clear insights and provide recommendations to the leadership team. - Develop and execute growth strategies to enhance efficiency and outcomes. - Mentor and oversee the Sales Ops Manager and Data Analyst to ensure timely reports and process enhancements. - Stay actively engaged with Excel, CRM, and BI tools while driving strategic planning. Required Skills: - 6-9 years of experience in Growth, Analytics, or Sales Strategy, preferably in EdTech or B2C sales-focused industries. - Proficient in Excel with advanced formulas, pivots, and macros, along with expertise in CRM systems and BI tools like Power BI/Tableau. - Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead flow, and admissions processes. - Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. - Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
