Senior Manager Growth & Analytics

You are being offered a position as a Senior Manager of Growth & Analytics at Cindrebay. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and planning for the Business Development stack. Your main duties will include designing dashboards, tracking business performance, and providing insights to guide the admissions and marketing teams. You will also manage a small team consisting of a Sales Ops Manager and a Data Analyst, while actively participating in execution by building systems, analyzing trends, and recommending strategies to enhance lead generation, counsellor productivity, and regional performance. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain dashboards and tracking systems for business performance. - Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to align lead generation and conversions. - Analyze data to offer clear insights and recommendations to leadership. - Develop and execute growth strategies to enhance efficiency and outcomes. - Supervise and mentor the Sales Ops Manager and Data Analyst to ensure timely reports and process improvements. - Utilize Excel, CRM, and BI tools while driving strategy and planning. Qualifications: - Minimum of 6-9 years of experience in Growth, Analytics, or Sales Strategy, preferably within EdTech or B2C sales-led businesses. - Proficient in Excel with advanced formulas, pivots, and macros, as well as CRM systems and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau. - Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead flow, and admissions processes. - Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. - Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
