Job Description

As the Senior FP&A Manager for JAPAC Finance, you will play a crucial role in driving priorities and investments to support JAPAC in achieving scalable growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for Japan and Asia Pacific (JAPAC) business units. - Overseeing the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring alignment with corporate reporting standards. - Conducting variance analysis to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities. - Partnering with global finance teams to provide actionable insights for improving business performance. - Collaborating with relevant functions to drive growth, efficiency, and alignment to Finance targets. - Analyzing complex business dynamics, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering recommendations. - Driving process standardization and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting. - Ensuring compliance with local and global financial regulations and policies. - Mentoring and scaling FP&A professionals within the India COE. - Collaborating cross-functionally to implement and maintain financial systems and tools. - Supporting ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic decision-making projects. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. - MBA, CA, CPA, or CFA is highly preferred. Experience: - 12+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis. - Commercial acumen developed through engagement with sales and marketing teams. - Proven track record of managing global stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams. - Leadership qualities with demonstrated capability to build strong working relationships with internal business units. - Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with changing objectives. - Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex topics concisely. - Deadline-driven, organized, with willingness to adapt to rapid business and organizational demands in a high-growth environment. Technical Skills: - Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. - Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). - Strong knowledge of automation tools and RPA (Robotic Process Automation). Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Leadership and team management skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams. - High adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,
