Designation - Senior Manager - Founder's Office (Retail Operations) Location - Mumbai, Lower Parel About Us: The Souled Store is a homegrown youth casual-wear brand started in 2013. We are one of India’s largest online merchandising platforms with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros; WWE, IPL, Viacom18 to name a few. Apart from selling products with themed designs such as superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand also is at the forefront of the latest youth style and fashion trends. In addition to core men and women wear apparel categories, we have also expanded to new categories and introduced new product lines like activewear, supima products, innerwear, personal care products like perfumes etc. We have also launched footwear and kidswear recently. Although we are primarily an online brand, we’ve expanded in the offline retail space as well and have stores pan India. Work Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused professional to join us as Senior Manager – Founder's Office (Retail Operations) . The role will focus on driving the aggressive offline expansion, ensuring seamless store launches, process efficiency, and strong partner relationships. Store Expansion Execution Drive and lead the rapid expansion of our offline retail footprint Oversee all operational aspects of store rollouts — from planning to launch. Process Streamlining Define and implement scalable processes for store setup , handover , and post-launch operations . Continuously identify gaps and streamline workflows to ensure timely and efficient execution. Property Consultant Relationship Build and maintain strong relationships with property consultants for seamless site identification and negotiation. Ensure a healthy pipeline of store-ready locations. Property Evaluation Conduct property assessments and evaluate site suitability for COCO (Company Owned Company Operated) and FOFO (Franchise Owned Franchise Operated) models. Provide recommendations on location feasibility and model fit. Franchise Partner Relationship Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with franchise partners . Act as the key liaison to ensure alignment, smooth communication, and adherence to brand standards. Program Management of Store Launches End-to-end project management of store openings — including timelines, dependencies, stakeholders, and checklists. Ensure on-time launch with cross-functional coordination (interiors, operations, VM, HR, etc.). Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably BBA/MBA or related field) 3 – 6 years of relevant experience in project planning, execution, and operations in the retail and/or apparel industry Strong relationship-building skills with external partners (consultants, vendors, franchisees) Excellent organizational, multitasking, and program management abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with tight timelines Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Our hiring team will review your application and should we find your background to be a fit for this role, we will be in touch.
