Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Opportunity Identification: Spot high-potential medium-term growth opportunities by leveraging a global expert network, scanning adjacent industries, and conducting secondary market research. Build alignment with internal stakeholders on the most promising ideas.
• Strategic Assessment: Develop an “outside-in” perspective on shortlisted opportunities by analyzing consumer needs, TAM sizing, global and Indian case studies, operational feasibility, and growth potential.
• Execution Leadership: Prioritize and lead 2–3 strategic initiatives that deliver incremental impact to the platform—whether by acquiring new user segments, boosting retention, or increasing ordering frequency.
• Drive Growth: Create and execute action plans to improve traffic and conversion among focus user segments, including marketing activations, ideation and implementation of product features, and data-backed sizing of initiatives.
• Team & Culture: Foster a high-performing, inclusive team culture by empowering members with regular feedback, growth opportunities, and clear, transparent communication.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM) with 6-8 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or program management roles.
• Preferred experience in startups, consumer tech, or top-tier consulting firms.
  

Skills & Competencies

• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Customer & Category Orientation: Data-driven approach with a sharp focus on customer, consumer, and category insights.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft and deliver the right message to the right audience.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in complex projects.
• Ownership & Initiative: High sense of accountability, proactive in bringing new ideas, and committed to driving strategy into execution.
