Role: Senior Manager, Food Growth

Team: Revenue & Growth

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

Traffic Growth & Performance Management:

• Own and optimize the traffic growth and marketing P&L for the Swiggy Food platform, ensuring sustainable and scalable business growth.
• Forecast, monitor, and analyze growth KPIs, and report progress against targets to leadership.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with Brand, Performance Marketing, and City Operations teams to plan and execute integrated campaigns that drive a differentiated and impactful growth trajectory.
• Liaise with Product, Analytics, and Technology teams to unlock new growth levers and implement platform enhancements.

Campaign Planning & Execution:

• End-to-end campaign conceptualization, brief, execution, and post-campaign analysis (including festive/special events, city-level initiatives, etc.).
• Drive experimentation across channels (digital, CRM, BTL, partnerships) to identify new growth opportunities.

Innovative Growth Initiatives:

• Ideate, pilot, and scale growth hacks, strategic offers, and product features to boost customer engagement, order frequency, and GMV.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain Swiggy's leadership position.

Budget & Spend Optimization:

• Manage budgets efficiently, maximize ROI from marketing spends, and ensure optimal resource allocation across channels and geographies.

Reporting and Stakeholder Management:

• Provide regular updates and insights to key stakeholders on campaign performance, new opportunities, and growth bottlenecks.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years in growth or marketing in consumer internet/e-commerce/FMCG.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort with data-driven decision making (experience in SQL/Excel a plus).
