Senior Manager-Finance

As a Senior Manager in Costing, MIS, and Opex at Piramal Pharma Solutions, your role will involve various responsibilities related to costing, MIS, and operational expenses. Key Responsibilities: - Perform month-close activities pertaining to costing, inventory, and materials closing - Prepare detailed analysis on product sales, costing, and gross margin - Conduct in-depth analysis on material costs variances such as rate, usage, and mix variances, and suggest actions to improve raw material costs - Support the site in month-close activities and finalization of MIS - Assist in annual budgeting activities and cost audit activities - Review opex costs and implement cost controls - Collaborate with the operational excellence team to validate savings from various initiatives - Share monthly raw material costs data with Production heads and discuss variances - Support the site on material costs automation initiatives - Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for site internal audits and insurance activities In addition to the above, you will also be responsible for: - Forecasting net working capital and preparing rolling forecast cash flows - Reviewing inventories and coordinating with various teams to achieve closure of old and aged items - Preparation of budget balance sheet on an annual basis - Coordinating with Corporate Finance teams for annual/quarterly closing activities - Application of practical knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) relevant to inventory areas Qualifications: - CMA with 7-8 years of experience - Good cross-functional communication skills - Strong articulation and presentation skills - Ability to take initiative and ownership of assigned tasks About Us: Piramal Group has been pursuing organic and inorganic growth strategies for over three decades.
