Job Description

The Senior Finance Manager will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the financial health of the company, providing expert financial guidance, managing all financial aspects of the organization, and contributing to strategic financial planning. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and collaborating closely with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals. Your primary duties will include preparing and presenting accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations, managing month-end and year-end financial close processes, and developing sophisticated financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making. You will be expected to analyze financial performance, conduct variance analysis, and provide recommendations for corrective actions. In addition, you will lead the annual budgeting process, monitor budget adherence and financial performance throughout the year, and manage the company's cash flow by forecasting short-term and long-term cash needs. You will also be responsible for implementing and evaluating internal controls, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation within the finance function. Furthermore, you will manage the relationship with external auditors, coordinate audit activities, and facilitate internal audits to ensure the integrity of financial information. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong understanding of financial principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to diverse stakeholders. This position requires a minimum of 12 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of success in managing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, along with relevant certifications such as CPA or CFA. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.,
